A short snapshot of what I'm focused on at the moment — a now page, kept deliberately simple.
Current focus
- Building real-time voice AI agents and AI calling platforms with LiveKit, WebRTC and custom speech-to-text / text-to-speech pipelines.
- Designing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM-powered applications in Python.
- Building and hardening FastAPI microservices — async I/O, observability and production reliability.
Learning
- Evaluating retrieval quality properly instead of eyeballing a few answers.
- Lower-latency voice pipelines: turn detection, barge-in and streaming synthesis.
- Deployment patterns for AI backends on Docker, AWS and GCP.
Open to
- AI engineering, RAG and LLM work.
- Voice AI and conversational systems.
- Python and FastAPI backend projects, in Karachi or remotely.
